Midwest Division TCA Dues
Annual Membership:
The Annual Membership covers the cost of yearly dues of $30.00 and all door fees for all MWD meets, and includes automatic
pre-registration at all meets (Including March and September) with a multiple line and quick check-in. An annual member
accompanied by a family member or visitor will be a $5.00 entrance fee per individual. National or non Midwest Division
members attending a Regular meet will pay an entrance fee of $5.00 per individual and $5.00 per table, National or non
Midwest Division members attending a Big Meet (March, September or Christmas) will pay an entrance fee of $5.00 per
individual and $10.00 per table The June meet is a $5.00 per individual
Family Member Membership:
Family Membership is $5.00 annually in addition to a Annual Membership. Family membership includes admission to each
meet without additional door fees. Any family without a family membership who attends a meet will pay a door fee for each
regular monthly MWD meet attended.
Table Fees: A table consists of one half of the two top folding table.
Regular meets table tops are free, as available
Big meets & Christmas meets $5.00 per table top.
Non-Preregistered "Day of meet walkin" $21.50 per table top
A "Table Top" is defined as half of the standard folding table (6' section).

MIDWEST DIVISION POLICIES RULES AND REGULATIONS
A. Children under 17 years of age will be admitted to regular Midwest Division meetings free of charge. Parents will be
responsible for actions of and any damages caused by their children.
B. Trains and only train-related items are to be displayed at the Midwest Division Meets. The officers running the meet shall
have the final decision as to what may or may not qualify.
C. Members attending Division meetings must wear their membership badge.
D. All display tables are required to have a name card to identify the member owning the display.
E. Each MWD TCA member (not family member) will be allowed one table at all Midwest Division Meets subject to availability.
Family members and guests are not entitled to display tables.
F. TCA Registration-Identification Tags are to be affixed to any refinished item brought into a TCA sponsored meeting. In the
event of controversy as to an item actually being refinished or not, the decision of the officers running the meet is final.
G. All items, not for sale, must be marked “DISPLAY ONLY” or “FOR TRADE ONLY”. All items for sale must be marked with
the price, if the price is over $1.00.
H. Unpacking will be allowed up to ¼ hour before the scheduled start of a meet. Items unpacked must be covered with a
sheet, blanket, or other suitable covering (no newspaper). Absolutely no trading is to take place before the start of any
Midwest Division sponsored meet.
I. The officers running the meet may clear the hall before start of the meet.
CHAPTER RULES
A. All Midwest Division Rules will apply at Midwest Division Chapter meets.
B. Midwest Division Chapters may not schedule meets on the same day as Midwest Division meets.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF OFFICERS
A. Officers are to be at meets at least one hour before the scheduled starting time or as otherwise determined by the Board of
Directors.
B. Registration Table will be opened no later than one hour before the scheduled start of the meet.
C. All members of the Board of Directors will observe meets for badges or other rule compliance and will assist
Sergeants-at-Arms as necessary.
